Effective July 1, 2024, the Santa Clara County Clerk-Recorder's Office will no longer accept passport applications.  Santa Clara County Library District will now accept passport applications to expand access for Santa Clara County residents.

Passport Services

If you are traveling within 2 weeks,  please contact the San Francisco Passport Agency, otherwise Passport applications are done by appointment only at the Clerk-Recorder's Office. Please view the passport application requirements before booking your appointment. 

Passport appointments are available from 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
